I would not recommend Johnsons Skoda Redditch because Josh the service advisor didn’t keep me up to date with what was going on. I arranged for my car to go and I’d pick it up the next morning, I received a video from the technician at 3.25pm I called up to speak to Josh but he wasn’t available, I then left a message awaiting a call back, no call. I left it until 5.25 and I called again, this time I got through to Josh. He didn’t have all the info with regards to issues with my car despite telling me on the phone the car was ready, how is it ready if issues aren’t resolved or no plan in place to resolve?! The next morning I needed to collect by 9am as I had work and we agreed he would call me by 8.45am if they were going to keep it to get the isofix resolved but again no call so I went to the dealership. They were just discussing it, the isofix isn’t yet fixed but we are now in the right direction but only because I called up Skoda Burntwood where we got the car from and they are now helping to resolve. I feel Josh was very unprofessional due to the lack of communication.
